Fausto Molinet has a Masters Degree in Electronic Engineering and has completed advanced studies in business management and information systems at the Wharton School of Business. He has over thirty-five years experience in government and business technology development and transfer.
During his twenty years of government service with the United States Air Force, he was responsible for technology development and acquisition for missiles, radar, communications, security systems and command control systems. He was Deputy Director of the Air Force Rome Laboratory basic research division for electromagnetic science and manager of all computer systems acquisition for the USAF and NATO Airborne Warning and Control System. He also developed policies for Air Force participation in the Small Business Innovation Research program, the Ada programming language and for technology transfer between academia, the government and industry.
As a senior manager for Litton Itek Optical Systems, he was responsible for the development and marketing of imaging systems, decision support systems and the Advanced X-Ray Telescope. He has extensive experience with European and Latin American government agencies and businesses.
Fausto founded Matrix Internationale in 1989 to promote international business ventures and assist companies in strategic planning and business development in the government sector. Since then Matrix has expanded into new business areas.
He has developed and taught Total Quality Management and strategic planning programs at Northern Essex Community College, where he was also a member of the Advisory Board for the Center for Business and Industry, and was a senior examiner for the Massachusetts Quality Award.
Fausto is a Senior Member of the IEEE, recipient of the IEEE Third Millenium Medal and the Citation of Honor, Past Chair of the Boston Section of the IEEE, the past chair of Professional Activities, Chair of the Economic Development Committee, a Founder and Advisory Board member of the Boston Entrepreneurs' Network, and former Director of the Technology Employment Cooperative of New England. He is currently Chair of the Electro Exhibition and Trade Show and a member of the Homeland Security Conference Steering Committee.

Over a span of thirty years, Bill has served in government and commercial positions as engineer, test pilot, senior staff technical advisor, marketing director and development program director. His areas of technical expertise include power systems, aviation technology, materials testing and failure analysis.
He holds a BS degree in engineering, an MA degree in business management and a Doctor of Engineering degree focused on new testing techniques for composite materials. His business background includes marketing, economic development and regulatory compliance experience. In the mid eighties, Bill was Department of Defense technical negotiator to NATO for the establishment of international technical standards for information exchange and equipment commonality. He also served as the international marketing representative for a large European software developer and was the architect of a major alliance with a US computer manufacturer.
Bill has represented European companies on government sponsored trade missions to the US and has worked with private and governmental economic development organizations in the Caribbean region to develop new markets and expand their manufacturing capacity. Bill also has managed the certification activities for the business and regulatory aspects of a regional airline, working with both community and federal agencies.
He is an active member of the National Management Association, the American Ceramic Society, the Society for the Advancement of Material and Process Engineering, and the Experimental Aircraft Association.

Franklin's career spans twenty-five years in corporate planning, business development, and communications for the industrial and hi-tech industries.
Franklin has held senior management positions with Allied Signal Corporation, and the New York marketing and management consulting firm of J.J. Lane, Inc. with bottom line responsibilities for Union Carbide Corporation and McGraw-Hill. In his role as management/marketing consultant, he has worked with Raytheon, Airco, ITT, Teledyne, Meggitt Aerospace, United Electric Controls, and Millipore.
Since 1976, he has managed and directed The Association for Work Process Improvement (TAWPI) (formerly Recognition Technologies Users Association), where he also served in the position of Executive Director for eleven years. TAWPI promotes the improvement of work processes in document, remittance, data capture, desktop, and electronic information processing applications.
He served as a member of the Program Committee for Electro '94 sponsored by the IEEE and ERA. He was also active on the 1992 and 1993 Committees. He has been a contributor to industry publications and made presentations at industry conferences. Franklin also founded and published The Cooper Group-Discovery, a business publication focusing on critical and strategic management issues for CEOs
He holds a BS from the University of Bridgeport, and is an Executive Member of the American Marketing Association, and a member of the American Management Association.

Larry has 20 years of technical, marketing and business management leadership with technology based industrial and R&D organizations. His professional career spans both commercial and government markets within large corporate and smaller entrepreneurial businesses.
At Arthur D. Little, Larry identified $80 million of new technology and management consulting programs. He organized and led the company's entry into the defense conversion business and into national technology venture capital initiatives. He positioned Arthur D. Little on the winning team of a $44MM dual-use consumer-military systems contract. Larry has organized strategic commercial, industrial and government partnerships.
With Textron, Inc., Larry formulated and implemented commercial diversification strategies, effected technology transfer, captured multi-million dollar entry positions in niche markets and managed new business lines. For Foster-Miller, he tripled incoming business during a "turnaround" situation, refocusing their major markets. He developed broad-based advanced technology programs and taught program management skills to the staff.
In P&L product management, engineering and sales positions; Larry has designed and managed product lines, reintroduced recalled products exceeding prior record sales, hired and managed North American sales rep organizations and foreign country agents.
He is the current Chair of the Boston Entrepreneurs' Network, an advisory board and committee member at the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Worcester Polytechnic Institute Venture Forum and the Northeastern University MBA Alumni Association. He was on the New England Defense Conversion Task Force and a member of a senior-consulting group assisting the Massachusetts Manufacturing Partnership.
Larry has a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and an MBA (with honors) with International Marketing and Finance concentration from Northeastern University.
